The objective of the session is to understand how stress influences the immune system. Recently the immune system has been recognized as not only an organ that has great power in preventing disease but also in feeling great. Our immune system is inspired by a network of bacteria living in our body, mainly in the gut. The network of communication by our good friends of the immune system and the influence of stress will be explained. This interactive session will help you understand the basic principles underlying a healthy immune system.
